Life Story Package

  • Decide on the media (photos and video) you want to appear in the LifeStory and bring or send them to us.
  • A specialist will be in contact with you to help you decide on music, themes and to get specific relevant information (dates to use in titles, the identities of people appearing in the media, etc…)
  • The specialist will create your LifeStory.
  • The customer will Review Lifestory and give feedback.
  • When the LifeStory is complete to your satisfaction, We will deliver it on DVD, USB stick, or both.
  • Not counting the scanning process, LifeStory creation can take 3 days to a week, depending on workload.

Lite Package

  • A Planning Kit will be given to the client after the salesperson has described all the details to the client about what is included in the Lite Package.
  • When the client has completed all details in the Planning Kit the Producer will arrange a date to capture the Interview and all needed footage for the completed video
  • Producer and Videographer will go over all details for the day of production
  • On the day of video capture, the videographer will arrive and set up all equipment needed to conduct family interviews and shoot 2 hours worth of interview questions needed to make the video.
  • After the footage has been captured it will be sent to the producer for quality assurance before it is sent to the editor.
  • All footage captured along with scanned media will be added together then given to the editor.
  • The editor will make a 15-minute video with all scanned media, interview footage, and B roll footage.
  • After the editor has sent the video back it will be reviewed by the producer once again to make sure it meets with the parameters given by the client.
  • A private screening will be arranged for the clients to see their video and see if it meets with established expectations.
  • Once the video meets with the desired specifications it will be given to the client for in the preferred media format of their choosing.

 

Biography Package

  • A Planning Kit will be given to the client after the salesperson has described all the details to the client about what is included in the Biography Package.
  • When the client has completed all details in the Planning Kit the Producer will arrange a date to capture the Interview and all needed footage for the completed video
  • The Producer & Videographer will inspect the video capture location and create production notes.
  • On the day of production, the videographer will arrive and set up all equipment needed to conduct family interviews and shoot 2-4 hours worth of interview questions needed to make the video. As well as all necessary B roll footage.
  • After the footage has been captured it will be sent to the producer for quality assurance before it is sent to the editor.
  • All footage captured along with scanned media will be added together then given to the editor.
  • The editor will make a 30-minute video with all scanned media, interview footage, and B roll footage.
  • After the editor has sent the video back it will be reviewed by the producer once again to make sure it meets with the expectations given by the client.
  • A private screening will be arranged for the clients to see their video and see if it meets with established expectations.
  • Once the video meets with the desired specifications it will be given to the client for in the preferred media format of their choosing.

Family Package

  • A Planning Kit will be given to the client after the salesperson has described all the details to the client about what is included in the Biography Package.
  • When the client has completed all details in the Planning Kit the Producer will arrange a date to capture the Interview and all needed footage for the completed video
  • The Producer & Videographer will inspect the video capture location and create production notes.
  • On the day of video capture, the videographer will arrive and set up all equipment needed to conduct family interviews and shoot 2/6 hours worth of interview questions needed to make the video.
  • After the footage has been captured it will be sent to the producer for quality assurance before it is sent to the editor.
  • All footage captured along with scanned media will be added together then given to the editor.
  • The editor will make a 60-minute video with all scanned media, interview footage, and B roll footage.
  • After the editor has sent the video back it will be reviewed by the producer once again to make sure it meets with the expectations given by the client.
  • A private screening will be arranged for the clients to see their video and see if it meets with established expectations.
  • Once the video meets with the desired specifications it will be given to the client for in the preferred media format of their choosing.

 

Custom Project

This project is custom designed by the client and includes all items they desired to be included in their project. It is designed by the customer with the help of a Your Legacy Your Story representative, who will help guide the customer through all the various options the client can include in their custom project. All services we offer are available for the customer to include in their custom project.
